Household Goods Operations

In a game format, this session will provide a review and a learning opportunity for a variety of topics pertaining to household goods operations. Participants will be grouped into teams that will move through numerous huddle sessions of information presented by associates from UniGroup’s household goods operations department. Team members will be required to interact to win the game!

Who Should Attend

Operations professionals, especially those who are scheduling labor to support our van operators and container programs and those responsible for planning shipments to their own hauling fleet. All levels of experience will benefit from the information being provided.

 

 

Sales

This sales track will start with a global overview of key sales strategies, followed by breakouts focused on residential, national account and logistics business lines. In the breakouts we will share the latest tools for success and facilitate round table discussions around marketplace challenges and solutions. We will also host panel discussions with fellow agents who will provide key insights to overcoming market challenges and best practices for achieving success. A must attend for all sales leaders and sales professionals.
