Learning Conference

We are excited to announce the opportunity for agents to meet in-person, engage and network at the 2023 Learning Conference Feb. 23-26 at the St. Louis Union Station Hotel. This year’s theme is focused on our future – Our Path Forward. Business updates, breakouts, off-site final night event, a leadership panel and special guests Keni Thomas and Dr. Erika Michalski are planned. Women's Leadership Workshop

Any woman who is an agency leader - new, seasoned or potential - looking to grow or refine their leadership toolbox is invited to register for UniGroup's first Women's Leadership Workshop on Thursday, Feb. 23. However, there is a discount for those registering for both the Women's Leadership Workshop and the Learning Conference.

Please note: This year's Women's Leadership Workshop is currently sold out. If a cancellation occurs, the spot will reopen. If you are interested in being placed on a waiting list for this workshop, please email the Conference Services team.

Wednesday, Jan. 25

Registration ends at 5 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 25 for both the Learning Conference and Women's Leadership Workshop.

  • After this date, the Learning Conference registration fee increases from $625 to $800.
  • After this date, the Women's Leadership Workshop registration fee increases from $400 to $500.

Wednesday, Feb. 15 

All registration cancellations for the conference and workshop must be received by 5 p.m., Central. 

After 5 p.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 15 

Registration cancellations received after this date and time are not eligible for a refund. A full registration fee will be charged to your credit card.

Reminder for Hotel Registration Cancellation and No-Show Notice Deadline

Thursday General Session: Keni Thomas

Former Sergeant of Bravo Company of the 3rd Ranger Battalion - Motivational Speaker - Extraordinary Storyteller

“Leadership has never been about the rank, the position nor the title we hold. It is the example we set for the people we serve. Who is on your left and who’s on your right?

As an entertainer, Keni has been recognized by congress and the White House. He was also recently inducted into the VFW Hall of Fame for his dedicated work on behalf of veterans and military families. During the Thursday session, Keni will share his life experiences and how attendees can use the same principles he's learned to lead the way.

Friday General Session: Dr. Erika Michalski

CEO of Strategically Authentic

Dr. Erika Michalski serves clients ranging from small teams with big dreams to global entities trying to edge out the competition. She has a robust history of providing enthusiastic keynotes and engaging workshops dedicated to empowering participants and cultivating new ideas about professional development. In Friday's general session, she will share how incorporating a variety of voices in decision making and leadership can lead to an even more successful organization.
